AERIAL YOGA

Fridays at 5:45 pm

Ages 14+ | no experience required.

In this class, we use the aerial hammock to support and challenge our new or existing yoga practices. Several options, modifications, and advancements are provided to create a personal, exciting class experience.

AERIAL CIRCUIT

Mondays at 9 am

Ages 14+ | no experience required

Aerial Circuit is a full-body strength and flexibility class. Set to heart-pumping music, challenge your existing exercises with the help of the aerial hammock.

YOUTH AERIAL

Wednesdays or Fridays

Ages 8-17

In partnership with Hermitage Dance Academy, we provide a safe environment for your child to learn aerial hammock while developing strength, flexibility, and coordination. Interested dancers can participate in HDA performances and Satellite projects!
